Once you get your job, you must get there on time. This page has several suggestions for transportion, including taxi, school bus, and Metro bus.

If you are unable to walk or get transportation to work, please ride your school bus to the bus stop that is closest to your job. Go to http://busstops.pgcps.org/public/default.aspx?load=addressInput&skipPlan=true to find a bus. You would find "Bowie High School" in the school list then enter the address of your workplace to find the closest bus stop.

You may also call a taxi to drive you to work. They will charge you their normal rates so be prepared with cash. Some local taxis are:

You may also ride a Metro bus to work. The main bus stop in Bowie is at Marketplace Shopping Center, next to the community center. The bus service will charge you $1.25 each way so please be prepared with exact change. Bus drivers will not give you change.
